1. Agreement to Terms

CCTV Pro Installers operates as a referral and marketing platform that connects users with independent CCTV installation and security service providers. We do not provide installation services ourselves.

2.2 Independent Contractors

All service providers, installers, technicians, and tradespeople accessible through this Website are independent contractors operating their own separate businesses. They are:

• NOT employees, agents, or representatives of CCTV Pro Installers
• NOT supervised, directed, or controlled by CCTV Pro Installers
• Solely responsible for their own work, conduct, and business operations
• Independently responsible for their own licensing, insurance, and compliance
• Operating under their own terms, pricing, and service agreements

2.3 No Agency Relationship

Nothing in these Terms or through the use of the Website creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between CCTV Pro Installers and any service provider, or between CCTV Pro Installersand you.

4. Your Contract with Service Providers

Any agreement, contract, or arrangement for services is made directly between you and the independent service provider. CCTV Pro Installers is not a party to any such agreement.

You are responsible for:

• Negotiating and agreeing terms directly with the service provider
• Obtaining written quotes and contracts before work commences
• Verifying the service provider's insurance, licensing, and credentials
• Making payment arrangements directly with the service provider
• Resolving any disputes directly with the service provider

We strongly recommend obtaining everything in writing, including scope of work, pricing, warranties, and completion timelines, before allowing any work to begin on your property.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CCTV Pro Installers, its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Website
• Your engagement of any service provider found through the Website
• Any services performed by any service provider at your property
• Any dispute between you and any service provider
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any claim that your use of the Website caused damage to a third party

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY SOUTH AFRICAN LAW:

• CCTV Pro Installers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability
• CCTV Pro Installers's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to CCTV Pro Installers (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• CCTV Pro Installers shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether direct or indirect
